At SRC, our goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, safe and heard from the moment they contact us.
Before your first appointment, please fill out all the emailed paperwork prior to your appointment. If you are unable to complete this paperwork in advance, or need further assistance, please arrive several minutes prior to your appointment so we can assist you.
During your first appointment, as a new patient, we will review your medical history and discuss any previous treatment you may have had. We do this as part of the physical we conduct to determine what treatments are safe and appropriate to meet your desired results. Services will always be customized to best suit your individual needs and goals.
We will then discuss any treatments, services or products that will target your concerns and work with you to develop a potential treatment plan. This is the perfect time to ask questions or voice concerns. If, at that point, you choose to move forward with the plan, we can often times start treatment that day, or we can schedule a different appointment to get started.
